  1. Personalized Products
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  2. Reporting Issues
    Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any damage or defect. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  3. Non-Personalized Products
    If we ever offer standard, non-personalized items, they may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

  4. Shipping Costs
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
